Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing Brickvention tickets. By purchasing Brickvention tickets, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

This agreement is made with Brickventures Inc. (the Brickvention organiser).

Variation

Brickventures Inc. may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any variations become effective on posting the change at https://www.brickvention.melbourne/ticket-policy/. By making a purchase of Brickvention tickets through this Site after the terms and conditions have been varied, you agree to be bound by the variation.

General Terms and Conditions

A Public Exhibition ticket allows the bearer one access to the Brickvention Public Expo.  One ticket is equal to one person’s entry to the exhibition. This ticket is valid for entry at the time and date as specified on the ticket.

A Convention Day ticket allows the bearer access to the Brickvention Convention Day. This ticket is valid for entry on Convention Day and Public Expo days.

Once confirmed, bookings may not be cancelled, exchanged or refunded. This includes changing entry times. Bookings are confirmed when full payment is received.

Tickets will be emailed to you at the completion of the purchasing process.  If for any reason you do not collect all or part of your ticket(s) we are unable to refund you. If you need to retrieve tickets you can do so via the ticketing website.

Brickventures Inc. reserves the right refuse entry to Brickvention to anyone who is intoxicated, acting in an abusive manner or poses a risk to any event attendee as decided upon by the event organisers. Should this occur, the bearer will not be entitled to a refund.

If the event is cancelled (either fully or partially) due to any event outside of the control of Brickventures Inc, then refunds will be at the absolute discretion of Brickventures Inc.

Resale and Scalping of Tickets

Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of Brickventures Inc, be resold or offered for resale for a profit or at a price higher than the cost of the ticket set by Brickventures Inc (including via on-line auction sites) either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.

Brickventures Inc reserves the right to request identification from the bearer to confirm they are the purchaser of the tickets. If this cannot be confirmed, Brickventures Inc reserves the right to refuse entry to the event.

Brickventures Inc reserves the right to cancel tickets purchased for Brickvention without notice and reason.
